Addressable fire detection and alarm system in guest rooms and all areas.
Alarm button and siren system at all exit points
1 indoor fire escape with protected and natural smoke evacuation system.
3 outdoor fire escapes with emergency lighting systems.
5 emergency exit points on the (-1) floor.
Certified 30-minute fire-resistant doors with automatic closing system in all rooms.
A total of 23 emergency exit doors with 120-minute fire resistance at all exit points.
Compartment doors with 120-minute fire resistance glass on the second and third floors.
13 fire hydrant outlets at all exit points.
A total of 21 fire cabinets in all necessary areas.
Backup fire pump with motor connected to the generator and a 12.5-ton fire water tank.
Leakage current relays in all rooms and necessary points.
Automatic extinguishing system in kitchen hoods.
Emergency lighting and emergency guidance system in necessary areas.
24 fire extinguishers in necessary areas.
32 security cameras monitored and recorded 24/7.
Regular emergency training given to personnel and annually A fire drill was conducted.
Emergency Action Plan, Sabotage Plan and Civil Defense Measures Plan approved by the competent authorities.
All equipment is checked periodically.
